It has a built in grasping spot, with the addedteething silicone ringyou cantoss it in the freezer for a couple hours as silicone will hold the cold to make it more relieving! All toys come sanded satin smooth and left natural with no finish. Theelephant is approximately 3.75″x 2.75″ with an easy grasping hole.
