Insert the pad with the adhesive side down into your underwear, positioning it in the center. Remove the pad by grasping the wings and pulling it out from the front. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. Dispose of used pads in a trash bin, wrapping them in tissue or placing them in a disposal bag if preferred.
